The children had a fantastic day celebrating Mrs Gilheaney’s retirement. The festivities kicked off with an energetic two-hour hip hop and breakdancing session, where the children showed off their impressive dance moves and had great fun learning new routines.
After all the dancing, everyone enjoyed a well-earned treat of sausages and chips served in a bag—always a favourite! We were lucky to have good weather, which made the day even more special.
We were also delighted to welcome Stacey and several representatives from the Board of Governors, who came along to share in the celebration and wish Mrs Gilheaney well.
It was a memorable day filled with joy, laughter, and appreciation for a much-loved member of our school community.
