Our P7 pupils are extremely proud of their successful business enterprise project. Over the past few weeks, they have worked hard to plan their products, develop marketing strategies and prepare items for sale. Today marked the exciting opening of their shops and they truly exceeded expectations, achieving an impressive total profit of £169.99.
The next challenge is deciding how to spend their earnings before they leave Killyhommon PS, something they will need to consider carefully!
This has been a fantastic learning experience, giving pupils the opportunity to work collaboratively, develop planning and organisational skills, and gain a real insight into how businesses operate. They quickly discovered the importance of covering costs before making a profit and learned just how much effort goes into running a successful enterprise.
