Goodbye Baby Rian
On Tuesday we had our final session of Roots of Empathy. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Christopher and Neasa for their commitment throughout the year. Each month, they brought Baby Rìan into our classroom, and with each visit, we witnessed the growth of empathy, understanding, and emotional intelligence in the children.
Baby Rìan has been our tiny teacher, helping the children learn about feelings, relationships, and the importance of caring for others. Through his milestones, smiles, and even his cries, the children have developed a deeper sense of compassion and connection; lessons that will stay with them for life. Rìan saved his best milestone for his last visit; standing and walking!
We are especially grateful for the wonderful surprise of the ice cream van! The incredibly generous and thoughtful gesture from Neasa and Christopher brought so much excitement to the children, creating a memorable end to a meaningful journey.
Thank you, Christopher, Neasa, and Baby Rìan, for being such an important part of our school community. Your kindness and generosity have made a lasting impact. We will miss you very much.
