When the cats away the mice can play and that's exactly what the P1 and P2s did today! The children had the whole school to themselves due to the P3-7 school trip so they burst into each classroom; wrote on the whiteboard, sat in the teacher's chairs, used the iPads and even 'borrowed' some sweets! The treats didn't stop there though as Rose's sister-in-law, Bernie, made pancakes for the children and buns for tomorrow. Frances provided chips and sausages in a bag followed by ice-cream and sweets. Ollie's mum Una also delivered a bag of mini-melts for the children to enjoy too! Thank you ladies very much! We'd love the school to ourselves more often!
