Today the children listened to and loved the story of Mrs Wishy Washy. A very busy play session followed when the children discovered that Mrs Wishy-Washy had left clothes for them to wash. Once clean, the clothes had to be hung out to dry, along with washing all the muddy animals from the story! Tomorrow is going to be even busier, as the clothes will need to be ironed, folded, and put away. Poor Mrs Wishy-Washy is always so busy! As well as the washing activities, the children also enjoyed a bug hunt and creating their own play. There’s nothing like the outdoors for sparking and nurturing children’s imaginations
