Killyhommon PS came together with the people from the parish for Mass in the Scared Heart Church, Boho on Sunday 19th October, to celebrate the start of the new school year. Fr Cathal said the Mass taking time to thank all the children for their participation. The P7 children participated in the prayers and bringing up the gifts while the P1 children held some important symbols from the school and the P2-6 children all contributed to the fantastic school choir. Thank you to all the staff who helped prepare the children for the mass. Following the mass everyone was invited back to Boho Hall for breakfast which was generously cooked and provided By Glen and Zara Wheeler. A number of our parents also cooked breads and scones etc and helped set up and serve on the day. Thank you all for giving of your time so generously.
